Tammy’s Tips: Morning vs. Evening Skin Care Routine: What’s the Difference?
Posted September 26, 2023
Your morning skin care routine should focus on protecting your skin from UV rays and pollution, while your evening routine should prioritize skin repair and rejuvenation.
In the morning, start with Gentle Antioxidant Soothing Cleanser to remove any dirt or oil from the surface of your skin. Next, rehydrate and balance your skin with Prepare Soothing Antioxidant Mist. Use Vitamin C serum to protect your skin throughout the day from free radical damage, and finish with Glow SPF to protect from UVA/UVB rays.
In the evening, start by cleansing your skin to remove makeup, dirt, and sweat that has accumulated throughout the day. Use an exfoliant 1-3 times per week to remove dead skin cells and encourage cellular turnover. Revive Clarifying Brightening Polish leaves your skin smooth, even, and radiant. Use Bella Retinol Smoothing Serum to address any signs of aging and to boost your skin’s collagen. If your skin is sensitive, start by applying it 1-2 times per week. Before bed, you can apply Restore eye cream and Dew Infusion to lock in hydration.
Lastly, remember that consistency is key to achieving your skin goals and regular facial treatments (dermaplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc.) will get you there faster.
